SHIELDS Parker hits ons two in Vase replay IN MANY respects , Saturday's FA Vase first round replay between South Shields and Wingate at the Jack Clark Memorial Park was similar to the first meeting a week earlier . Shields were always the superior side in that the majority of goal chances came their way , and their 3-2 victory earns them a second round trip to Alnwick Town where the Mariners have already won 3-2 in the Northern Alliance this season .
