The ropes disappeared last week and have been replaced by the council . But Coun . Ron Davison is angry about the possible dangers to people on the cliff tops . He said : " This sort of action really sickens me . There are still plenty of kids and dogs around , so it is really dangerous when the ropes disappear . This sort of behaviour is absolu vandalism .
